Hi there,
I’m Sara Dalrymple.

My pronouns: she/her
I am a registered social worker in Ontario, Canada. I earned my Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology (Honors) from the University of Windsor, and went on to obtain my Masters of Social Work degree - with specialty in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.
I have experience working with a myriad of mental health concerns, in community organizations and more recently through private practice.
Since 2018, my professional career and continued education has taken a keen focus on the field of eating disorders. I am trained in numerous eating disorder therapies from both CBT & DBT lenses, and integrate weight-neutral and Health-At-Every-Size principles in my work.
My Approach:
***Currently, I am only providing virtual services to adults (ages 18+) in Ontario, Canada.
My approach is non-judgmental, flexible and genuine, and I work hard to provide a safe and validating environment for my clients. I use an integrative and trauma-informed approach to therapy and counselling, pulling from numerous therapeutic-modalities and skill-sets. Depending on the reason you are seeking support, we will work together to develop a realistic treatment plan that meets your needs.
