Reaching out for support can be difficult, and exploring our mental health can be uncomfortable sometimes. I offer a safe, validating and non-judgemental space to explore your mental health, and to problem-solve the things that get in the way.
Let us work together to learn what it is to take care of ourselves, our minds, and even our bodies. I offer counselling services for a myriad of mental health concerns, including: depression, anxiety, eating disorders, body dissatisfaction, relational concerns, and more.
Through counselling, you will learn about your own strengths and limits; develop a greater understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours; and establish skills to overcome life’s challenges.
It may be a journey, but it's not one you must take alone.
